Not attacking players when I am on a mount

When I am farming just random mobs on grind or doing a BG, my toon will not attack until attacked.

I am wondering if I am overlooking something or if I have a problem with my setup, if you have any insight, please let me know.

I am having the same problem and can't figure it out. I Have the box "kill between hotspots" clicked.

Yes i had that one ticked at first. I clicked it off and now it works great .
