not able to log in to HB

i recently purchased HB(single session) and its worked fine for the past 2 days. today i was browsing the products sections cause i wanted to purchase another single session, but i decided not to.

now when i try to log into HB it says "...NOT PAID."

anybody able to point me in the right direction here? much appreciated if so
