Not able to download from Buddy Store

I have a lifetime key, purchased on this account, but any time I click to download anything from the buddy store, I get this:

"Purchase failed. You don't own a key for Honorbuddy in your buddyauth account. Please make sure you are using the buddyauth account that your keys are bound to"

Please help.

your buddyauth account NEEDS to be the same buddyauth account that has your honorbuddy key listed, to add products to. because otherwise it wont magically know what key you own and are using.
