NORTON doesnt like HB 4265!

My Norton keeps putting it in quarntine and deletes my honorbuddy it is reallly annoying is there anyway around this, it just became in issue with the new HB release?
 
idk. But i shut off SORTON the part of Norton that deletes my HB, new problem is i cant stay in game for 5min without DCING :S
 
You want to whitelist the program somehow. I havent used norton since like 92 so I have no clue where it is on the new stuff.

Disable norton or add HB to it's whitelist with full permission's, or do something better and get rid of that shit lol Did'nt know people still use it, also it is not a issue with HB and there is no way around security software picking HB/GB up as a virus

If your getting DC'd maybe you should help us out with posting a full log so we can check over it and checking how your latency is ingame.
 
Definately something with HB, not my latency or internet i can play WoW all day not one disconnect, RIGHT when i start the bot it DCs within seconds
 
he's not getting disconnected... its deletes HB.exe when you first launch it. i use norton as well and it does the same damn thing. so i just have sonar disabled
 
no i disabled sonar mate, but now when i am logging on i start the bot and it DCs me from game within no time
chemical yes i did have that issue at first but i fixed it by disabling sonar permanently, talking about a new issue that i have been actually having for a while and havent been able to bot because of this week.
 
Step 1. Uninstall Norton
Step 2. Install a free Antivirus that outclasses Norton such as Avira or AVG
Step 3. Profit
 
Ye guys i know you guys say Norton sucks and all, but i just got this PC and it came with 60 days so... enough of the norton talk, fixed the issue on that ty for all your help btw, but the real problem is i cant stay on WoW for over 5min when i start HB.
 
I use Microsoft Security Essentials

It shuts up with almost any Bot (only when I download Pirox)
does not cost anything
finds sometimes more Viruses than Antivir or Panda AND
all that shit nobody needs is not in it.
Only Shame is that there is no XP 64 Bit version
 
Hi guys, just a little input from a computer technician.(20 years and counting) I personally recommend using Kaspersky or NOD32 these are the 2 best AV programs on the planet ATM. Top being Kaspersky. They both play nice with any MS. Operating System. They both give very few if any false positives and they use minimal system resources. Just my 2 cents but you decide for yourselves. Happy hunting!

so you have not fixed anything

if its only you, its only you and your antivir peotection

and really buying an new computer which has pre installed like 2000 affiliate apps like norton and whatnot ... is no go
 
I use Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2011! I immediately put it in trusted, and then there is no problem! I advise you as well!
 
It only came with Norton and LED manager for the LED's on the lapop....i think most PC's come with 60 days of norton...

Then you whould know that Kaspersky lost his goodness since 2009 ATM its not better/worse than any other AV but if someone would ask me what AV to Buy / use I also would say Kaspersky or MSE.

Only if you buy some out of the box notebook

that AV is just shitty
