Simple, the current EU/RU 8.8 TL version does not work for NA 8.7 users, it automatically turns off WoT.
The previous TL version worked just fine for NA 8.7 users.
Currently, you cannot use the old TL version, it forces you to update to the 8.8 version.
Solution - Post the old TL version, with patch that doesn't force 8.8 update - simple!
Then NA users can bot until our 8.8 is released, then we can download the 8.8 TL version.
Problem solved.
