Hmmm, great CC for holy priests 
Only thing i am having an issue with is double healing so get low on Mana often. It will cast a heal and then re-cast it like it can't see if someone is over x health so recasts as soon as the first cast is finished. Any chance you can do something like ignore player or cancel cast if health is above x? And if that's already in there i am sorry but can't see it
Also doesn't seem to cast renew when it is supposed to. I have it set to 95 but it waits until someone is below 90, my heal threshold, and casts heal...then casts heal again due to reason above. I can post a fresh log later if you need one.
Other than that i cant see a damn thing wrong with this beast
