Noob Profile maker needs some quick help for a profile

Hello people,

I am trying to make a grind profile for the first time. I know you get this a lot, but i just need a few pointers that i couldnt find or was just overlooking something.

I would like to kno how to make the char just stand in a single hotspot and pull mobs around him (and not to go and loot every single mob) and how to make the profile loot after 3-4 minutes.

I have not tried it but could you not set disable movement to true on the CC ?
