No Working destro Warlock routine?

Hello im searching and tryin a few hours (6-7h) to configure my routine ..
Its so fuckin buggy so i need a DD Routine.
Im Lvl 89 DestroWarlock. Please Help, thx

update/
i wrote my own routineline and now it works, but is there any way to disable the fear without any CC? Cuz alls CC's are outdated since mop when ive understood it right
