No skinning in dungeons

Why are none of my toons skinning in dungeons? Is this a DB or HB core issue? Tried with and without Ninja skinning. The other gathering profs work fine.

Alot of stuff isn't working right now toons don't attack in BG's they just stay on there mounts and stack on people lol i'm sure they will fix it soon
