"no routines were loaded" bot wont start. (log attached)

this is what my bot says when i start it -
No routines were loaded. Please ensure there is a routine for your class before starting the bot.
this is quite frankly annoying me that my money has gone to waste to something that wont seem to be working. i installed everything correctly too btw...

you checked your routine folder? made sure its not been accidentley deleted etc

yes i have even reinstalled many many times to see if that is the case. still gives the error

ok well i just got the installing thing to work. i reinstalled it starting from scratch. still didnt work. then i thought i should get creative so i donwloaded it on a different pc moved it on a flashdrive to my computer. and it still didnt work. not sure whats wrong...
