No POKESTOP on the map

Hi guys , when i start the bot he is login right but he do nothing !

[22:37:06] Download player info...
[22:37:07] Download game settings...
[22:37:08] Download player inventory...
[22:37:09] Connection established.
[22:37:09] Started

I think its cause i have no pokestop on the map , im on paris , how can i solve it ?
