no pokemon?

Alright im running the bot and its running from pokestop to pokestop collecting items and pokeballs but its never catching any pokemon? the catch pokemon option it on.

They all seemed to disappear for a little while, back to normal now. I am at Pier 39, if there are none there something is very wrong
