No Pokemon No Pokestop

no pokestop and pokemon, it say pokemon spawn but nothing in screen.
i don't have antivirus, my firewall is fine. i check on my phone no captcha,
2 weeks since i buy this, i only play for 2 days. after that can't do anything
can you help me?

Dear all, good day.

Absolutely same story with me as well
Yesterday when I bought a Key everything was perfect.
Today I am starting Lazymon2D but:
Indication is shown that Pokemons are spawning, however I cannot see anything on a map: no pokemons, no pokestops etc.

Checked with Pokemon (not Google) account - same story. However on IPhone everything is going well.

Kindly advice what shall I do and what is a problem?
