No Plugins

I cant post a log because all it is is the boot up log. I was wondering if anyone has experianced this since update and has a fix. thanks

Have to go to work or would explain more, basically it just does not detect my plugins that I have. already tried re-downloading and putting in a brand new folder

Update all your plugins to new versions because since latest DB patch they changed Usepower
