No Login Key emailed to me

I just bought Honorbuddy and was not sent a Login Key.
can someone please help me.

with the same e-mail you used during checkout, once you get in you should be able to view your keys.

yeah thanks for that i got my key but now honorbuddy wont work it says to open with 34-bit and i did that and still nothing

download and install both of these.
Download: Microsoft .NET Framework 4 (Web Installer) - Microsoft Download Center - Download Details
Download: Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86) - Microsoft Download Center - Download Details

once your done, restart your pc. then you should be good to go.

i did that and restarted and same error comes up i got no idea whats happening

did you make sure to extract all the files from the honorbuddy zip file to a new folder?
