No key sent been about 30 mins.

Hello I just recently purchased the exilebuddy and recieved an email saying key would be delivered upto 5 mins from this email. Been about 30 mins still no key? Please help.

now been 1 hour and 30 mins... still no key. Have messaged support and got another email saying should be within 5 minutes and still no key.

No one on these forums can help you with billing / key issues. That is a completely separate thing. You already emailed support tho, and all you can do is wait.

Paypal removed.. that's bad. now i have same problem with key delivery.
i always received a key with 5-10 min interval after payment.

Something is wrong with buying keys atm for sure. I have been waiting like 12 hours.

May have something to do with the bot going down today for extended maintenance but thats never been an issue in the past.

Bot will be down since major patch for probably a week or so. There will be an update post monday letting everyone know how things are coming along with the updates.

Also all keys will get auto extended once the bot gets released/fixed .

About paypal, will be back in a few weeks or sooner, they're working on it .
