No key recieved in email, or appearing in buddyauth.

Hi there
Over the past week I purchased a couple of 3day trial keys (which arrived immediately in my inbox), I was happy with the service and purchased a 1-month key.
However my PayPal has been charged and I received the confirmation of paypal payment. However I have not received the key in my email yet.
I already had a 3-day key active when purchasing the 1-month key, could this be causing issues? They key is not appearing in buddyauth either.

I have emailed support, however the reply I received asked me to do a few things, none of which worked.
Log On - Buddy Auth Portal > I log in with the correct email/username that I paid for the 1month key with and it doesn't appear on the list. (The two 3-day trials appear there as expected).
I have checked spam folders many times, and they don't appear there either.
I forwarded the confirmation of payment details, and have yet to receive a response (I just figured support may have the weekend off).

Let me know what I can do to get my key.

I hadn't received a response in a while and I wasn't sure if my emails were getting through. Hence why I came here.
