No key, even after a few hours

Is there something going on?

I have yet to recieve a key for my purchase after hours.
There is also nothing listed in buddyAuth, despite it being the same email as my purchase.

I've even emailed support but have no answer.

Depending on payment methods and whatever other issues might arise on the payment/key side, there might be a delay when you receive your key. Make sure to check your Spam folder in e-mail though, and wait a bit to hear from Support, as they will be the only ones to help you with this issue. If you don't hear back from them within a day, please post again and I'll forward this to Tony.
