No key emailed to me either.

I've had an account over at buddyauth for quite a while. It has actually never reflected the purchase of honor buddy. It did reflect new trials of your other software.

I bought this though when it used http://shop.gatherbuddy.com (broken now).

I did check and this was the email used and I never got one with a new key.
 
As I said before.. I've had an account there.. I had one prior to this switch. It has NEVER reflected me owning HonorBuddy. You can see from my account though. I do own it.

My account was registered (WITH THE SAME EMAIL) back on 10/21/11
 
so theres no keys listed there at all, Active or InActive?
 
None for honorbuddy. There never were. I did buy some trial products for Rift and Diablo, they did show and and properly expired. But they never reflected HonorBuddy.

I can pm proof of payment and assist in any way. What do you guys need from me to resolve this? My buddyauth username is the exact same btw.

altighty then, you'll need to send an e-mail to support, if you have a transaction id or something they can use to lookup your old account please include that in the e-mail

The problem is I don't remember the vendor. I think back then it was somebody else.. it was .. one that I THINK called me you guys had. I paid with a credit card too so it wouldn't be in paypal or anything. I could check my email but I don't really know what I'm looking for.

anything you think that might help us trackdown your old account. just include it in the e-mail.
