For Honorbuddy, there probably will be no email confirmation (its been a while can I can't remember).

Try logging in here with the credentials you used to buy the product...

Log On - Buddy Auth Portal​

If you can't get in, try going here and pulling up your invoice. Frequently, payments don't go through if you use a credit card, because they don't like the fact the company is 'overseas'...

If you find your invoice, and it says "unpaid" it was because your payment method was declined. Try using an alternate payment method.


If you ascertain this is what happened to you, then the same thing happened for your paid-plugin, and you'll have to figure out how to arrange payment for it also. As, I'm not sure paid-plugin shows up in the 'shop' the way Honorbuddy does. A little digging around on your end should tell.

from what i can see you are a new customer,so after you purchase you must have an email from us with your credentials on your email
if not check on the spam list

if there is no email(with your credentials)
open a new thread on payments section including your invoice id and Bossland will check it asap
