No email and no keys on buddy auth

I've gotten so the same problem as all of the above ;-)

Not sure if posting here will help, but to provide the Buddy Team some more information or atleast making them aware that several people are having this issue - i haven't received any mail - and i'm an older member therefor no acces to BuddyAuth - i checked my email including my spamfolder - what is the average waiting time? - i saw several hours, thats not accurate at all.

Hopefully ill get some sort of answer, if not from the buddy team from someone that has similair issues that has an solution. Will be waiting..
