You seriously wrote this? Dude lose the attitude, clearly your trolling of the forum isnt going to help get things resolved faster. Either give them time to fix the bot or stop griefing people, get your money back and leave it at that.

did you read what I wrote this to? The guy that said I am mentaly retarded. And you have to complain about my post? go and complain about people insulting others as well...
 
yeah i did, he wasbad for saying that too -rep for him, still wife beating and dogs. all im saying is tone that down. no need to resort to that to get your point across. :)

read the responses I got. Read the responses and name calling I got to pretty much to everything after this. And you tell me I am a keyboard warrior? Lets just say your customer service and help have been less then great so far. Maybe you would want to call the people calling me names keyboard warriors instead? Maybe feeling like a wanted customer would have been the right route to go? just a thought...

But I can understand standing up for people that call someone names because he complained about a REAL issue and requested a refund

I know that was not very nice, but nice does not seem to go anywhere with these people. I have not called anyone names or anything before I was insulted.

Anyways, like I said BEFORE, I hope you guys get a working software soon and that you make billions of gold or whatever else floats your bubble :)

thanks for the offer, unfortunitely I have filed a dispute with paypal and my CC company to reverse the charges. I hope you do understand why I did this. I just dont want to pay for 12 month and in the end get 10 or 11 out of it. No offense to your software at all.

I may be back if you guys roll a version out that works. And thanks to your nice members I am smarter now and will look trough the forums before I buy again, best of luck and thanks for the response

Please do not act like a keyboard warrior. All major patches will have various issues, we made a thread that stated that the bot would have various issues for a weeks after the 5.x patch hit. If you're not satisfied, that's fine. But if you wait another few days - it will be back up and running like it was before 5.x hit

Also, we don't have 1 year for HB... HB is 1 day, 1 session lifetime, 3 session lifetime
