No Answer from Support

Hi

What's the problem:
Last week, I bought two routines with CHF and one with EUR by Paysafecard.
The routine with Euro works perfect(Instantly got an email), but the two I bought with CHF doesn't work.
I got no email, no ordernumber...., the only thing I got is from Paysafecard that my payment was succesful to Bossland GmbH.

So now?:
Okey shit can happen sometimes with payment, so I write to the support. A support called Joro answered me, but then...
I still haven't received an answer! It's now 4 days ago and I wish a faster support!
How long I must wait, until I will get an answer ?!
