[PAID] Nightmare - Richie's Shadow Priest PvP Combat Routine [Pro Edition]

well if you put fear ward on you at the start of the game every dude with purge will dispell it. therefore you should put it on you just in time (when wl casts fear on you or warri charges you)

The problem with fear casting is that in arena most of the time the WL is not targeting the player it's casting fear on, thus we can't figure out who he's fearing.

Yeah i understand that problematic, but IMO it is still better than in arena preperation. But you got my point?
I just noted that "problem", because it really bothers me and i just manual cast the fear ward.

I was thinking about a logic like this then removed because of the unreliability.

Might add that it casts fear ward whenever a priest is in fear range or a WL is casting fear, no matter who he is targeting, since the fear is most likely cast on you.
 
Hey Richie, which settings in general would you recommend turning off to run this well with BGFarmer?

Edit: And keeping on.

Edit 2: Nevermind, all I did was just turn off movement and facing in the routine and enabled it in the base. Still #1 on charts fully afk.

Sorry for being late, the whole family got struck by some kind of flu with all the "goodies". ><
 
I'm really sorry to hear that Richie. I hope everyone is doing ok.

Do you mind sharing your talents/glyphs if that's ok with you? I want to try the settings the master himself uses.
 
This is my personal favourite. I use it as a base, changing talents whenever needed.

bit less burst than the insanity, but higher sustained and not so easy to interrupt the burst. Also, clarity of power is a good choice too.
 
Richie I know this must get asked a lot but have you been provided with feedback on how successful your profile is in PVP?

I don't have direct reports on how successful ppl are. Most users on the forum only visit the forums if they have a problem, but stay ingame if everything works.

But.

Since I had no real complaints since the new expansion release it must mean that it does well. :)
 
Awesome i am looking forward to using this. While my priest is not 100 yet, do you mind answering a couple questions?

With the defensive cooldowns are you able to manually control them with your CR? Are you also able to control when you cc a target with fear or the disarm spell? While automation is really cool, it is good to be able to control some aspects of the class, especially when playing with people and trying to call out your CC/use of defensive cooldowns.

You can cast whatever you want, the CR is pauses for a bit when you're pressing a button to prevent fighting for the GCD.

You can also turn off functionalities to give you full control over what spells are cast.
 
And what is the problem? From the logs it seems like it's working properly.

Could you please send me your skype in a PM? Will be faster to talk thru all of these. :)
 
Your option to disable the routine in world pvp also disables it for me in arena, I have to deselect it for the routine to start once I entered.

I also get No Valid HealTarget. RefreshUnits in Main Rotation! errors in my log screen with a weird pause during the game.

Could you please do a clean install? You can find in my sig how/why to do it.

The error you're referring to was fixed ages ago.

If it happens after the clean install(it should not), please post me that log as well.
