hi, nice to see a change but lots going wrong with the website.

this site wants to validate but it doesnt., either CSS or the html markup.

lots of broken links but the big one for me is color

as males we have 38% change of having color vision deficiencies , 8% of us will be totally color blind with only 1% of females affected.

i cant see white text on a light blue background. ( the profile section )

too many errors to list

I am not having any problems here. I get the new layout and love. Thank you HB/GB team. Appreciate the new look. I love it.

no hijacking.. if you dont have an issue, dont add to my post.
 
No problem here either... i know others have reported they had issues reading the new layout also. My guess it has something to do with settings on your own computer maybe? Sometimes default colors that you have set on your own computer (customized thru themes and what not) will effect what and how you see colors on webpage (links and text). I would check just as chance.

I am sure the site will have its layout changed (color options/themes available) as they work with it.

Also with the reference to broken links I would say its a cached issue. When changing a forum software package most of the time it is reindexed (like defragmenting a HD). and as such some links are invalid until its done and able to rework those references. Give it 24hrs or so then if still having a problem can investigate more then maybe...

And as to the hijacking.. you post, we will respond. you might not like the replys but still. Creating additional posts for a subject that others have already started does not intitle you to exclusive control on that thread. Just an FYI.

just an FYI.. your red print is harder to read then any issue with the site when we are running high rez :P
 
jawn for your info..

i started this thread because i cant read parts of the site. if its fine for you.. go away. im not inviting a poll on whether you like the site or not.. i am informing the owners that it doesnt meet standards and i ( like many males in the world) cant see typefaces of white on light blue.
i use all browsers .. standard settings, with different OS's as i design websites.

they arent cached pages giving bad links.. its the current site's code i have reviewed and tested that is throwing more than 500 errors.

nice to know you are a php and css expert though..
 
on what browser are you ansa?
 
any chance you can change the font color on that page please?
