NEW Version report!

Hi everyone, been reading alot here now, both this thread and other. Im not the first to shout out, but i remember back when Glider was hot, "After a banwave Blizzard allways changed focus and have everyone to look at new accounts (with same information as accounts that has been banned) and flagged accounts of prev. banned owners, subscribers with a "criminal record". they would use scare tactics like banning 50% of the detected pool, and then give aftershocks, call them smaller banwaves to throw botters and bot developers off. This to show might and power.

But hey i have no proof of this, its just previus experience, and its basic logic aswell as a well known scaretactic used in other areas like army, buisnesses etc (it can be related)

Kind Regards
Yeh you all se my nick

Bossland you guys are gonna need to take some of the money you have made from us and buy several dozen computers and start running the bot and determine the detection, rather then relying the customers to keep wasting there money to do the grunt work.
Please, do not spread false conclusions, with lack of proper information. This seems odd for player, since 5 years being around !

Lol I was botting for 4 hours and i stopped it when I saw this post

No bans for me

is people getting banned?

People always get banned, due to the masses that use Honorbuddy. You can not prevent bans.

If the bot was "detected"on the new version the ban section would have been flooded already.

^ This.

Blizzard are more than aware that Honorbuddy is back up and running. You can guarantee they've got a *large* team working on trying to manually find bots today (and for the next couple of days I'd guess) to try and instil doubt over whether the bot is detected still.

Just take it easy for a while.

This...

Botting has always been a risk.

What is different this time?
Cause Blizzard finally did something about it.

Tested the new release last night, did BG's for hours and leveling.
No bans yet :D

If your ass, get banned ---> "Ban section"
give as much as possible info to the Bossland team.

Stop the mass hysteria!!

I'll say it agein, just like glider, they don't ban everyone in one banwave, they keep a big pool to make aftershocks.

I was wondering about that mid-air moveto clicks.. Is it possible to do them "by hand"?

Is it possible that that clicks are recorded by client and could be send to blizzard servers to monitor account which generate this kind of behaviour?

Fair point, sire. I have been thinking that before, too.

Going to agree with a lot of others that today isn't the day to start spam-leveling a lot of new accounts. 12 hours after a new HB release (which is public, even to Blizzard) is going to mean that Blizzard GMs are probably monitoring the starting zones for obvious patterns and doing some manual bans. That, and like others have said, they probably already have a pool of later bans for "aftershocks."

If you value your account at all, wait another few days before you start leveling, and make sure you at the very least level with manual movement and a CR to avoid any and all Click to Move patterns.

I run WOW with the Guest Windows account, regular user, but HB is not working. HB is required to run the WOW from the Windows administrator account?
