New user, trail key not working. "Max Sessions, will try to login again in 30 sec"

I'm brand new to this and can't wait to give it a shot, but am having difficulty getting this thing to even login.

I'm running latest .net and C++ on Win 7.

Extracted program to desktop, ran install.

Open D3 (window mode), hop onto my toon and then load up Demonbuddy.

I never make it past the login screen, one of two things happen.

I either get this error message:

or the program just flat out crashes...

Don't know where to even start. Would love to use the trial time I paid for!

Check on https://na.buddyauth.com/ to see if your key has a session open for some reason. Did you run it and have it crash? Usually it will timeout after a few minutes...

remove:

- microsoft visual c++ 2005-2015 x86 redistributable



restart your pc,
download the installationwizard http://updates.buddyauth.com/BuddyWizard.zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart
