Hello, I installed the trial version of HonorBuddy 5.0.5, but I can not connect to me when I asked indentifiant Buddy Shop or product key and password Buddy Shop (or leave blank if using a product key), I tried everything but nothing was done.

I received by mail a key (Bossland GmbH - Germany order number) I returned with my logs forum, I have done all the possible combinations.

What can I do?

Ps: I do not really mastering English well may be I am past a side of something simple, if French has an answer it is welcome :)
 
I have not received another code: (
The only code that was sent to me is the order number in the first email.
After I received the link to activate the forum.
And finally a welcome email.

Just 3 mail and 1 code :s

J'ai le meme probleme mais quand je demande un nouveau mdp pour buddy shop cela m'envoie un mdp et il ne fonctionne pas pk ?
 
Ou alors je ne me rappel plus du bon nom d'utilisaeur , comment pouvoir le retrouver ?

Je viens de t?l?charger la nouvelle maj, je rentre ma cl? mais il me demande un mdp, que jn'ai pas ou plus?
