New User here, need 100% HELP top to bottom

So I bought a trial key to even see if I could get a complicated program like this working, and just as I figured im having issues. I can't get the client to even open. It did once with a bunch of errors as well as virus protection detecting malicious files? Need help.

If there is no possible help since I don't understand this process and won't be a lot of help in setting something this hard up, I don't mind requesting a refund if thats the best course of action. Someone just reply and let me know.

Which kind of error are you getting?
If it's that blue window that says something like Program Blocked, just click 'More Info' then 'Run Anyway'

I cant even open the icon. the short cut. I cant open it period anymore.

Is the .exe missing from the DemonBuddy folder?
If it is, your anti-virus probably quarantined it, in which case you'll need to unblock and restore it.
If that doesn't work, just make sure to add an exclusion to the .exe and possibly download the files again

I can't open the bot by the shorcut too, u have to go to the folder and right click on it, select run as admin
btw mine works even with avast running

the short cut wasnt working either, and I did try and run it as admin.

I mean, not run the shortcut as admin, that will do nothing, but the actually demonbuddy.exe in the root folder
