New to honorbuddy, need help with a few issues please (windows 8)

Okay I have payed, downloaded, and unzipped honorbuddy because I want to do battlegrounds on my level 12 to get to 90 but anyways

I open honorbuddy.launcher and I have WoW install location as C:\Program Files (x86)\World of Warcraft and Honorbuddy location as C:\Users\renektonx\Documents\Honorbuddy 2.5.8690.707 (1)\Honorbuddy.exe

I press launch,WoW opens up and it asks for honorbuddy to have permission to do whatever, I press accept, and it says honorbuddy has stopped working. However, The honorbuddy login still pops up, I can press login with my code, and if I do it will open it briefly and then a different error will appear saying honorbuddy has encountered a problem, process with an Id of 20504 is not running. and then it either says send error report or don't send.

First welcome to HB, the experiance will amaze you once you are up and running. You want to search the forum on how to pull logs, but here is what you need:

Second, you are new and you will find on occasion blizzard likes to patch their games, mostly to annoy people like us, lol.. but any ways right now or during a patch your HB will not usually run properly and takes a few days to get fixed to where it will work. This may give you time to search forums, read what HB can do and give you insights on how you want to set it up. I hope this helps, take time to read a bit, but when a release is posted you will see a copy under the release portion of the forum.
