New to DB , few questions for leveling in new season

As the title says I'm fairly new to DB, ive used it before but only for a short period and quite some time ago.

I'm looking to level up a necromancer once the season starts tomorrow. is there any particular build / settings / guide that works best for freash character leveling? I'm sure this info is somewhere on these boards but I have just not been able to find it. thanks for any and all input.

depends if you are playing season, hardcore, soft-core... For softcore, generic routine for necro works.. Once you start gathering gear and know what build you want, head over to combat routines section and look for one there if you have someone that can level you up quickly to 70 then that would be the way to go... also, you need at least one character to finish all the acts to unlock adventure mode... Unless you go season then its unlocked ... Hope this helps gl!
