New to D3 How to level 1- 60 fastest? Full acts? or?

Hey guys im new to D3 and while botting whats the best way to level, im excited to see the new patch and im still unsure what class to pick for botting.

Im playing through the game manually atm, and im not sure whats best for end game farming and whats fastest to level 60?

WHat profiles should i use?
