New System issues

So i built a new system, went from win 7 to Win 10. Ryzen TR 1950x and 32gb's 3200mhz ddr4 ram. Also GTX 1080 TI 11gb (msi manufacturer).

The system runs my 4 bots at 14-16% cpu usage. (old system was doing it at 80%)

I've benchmarked all important periph's and getting very good results.

Diablo 3 with DB running is having 2 main issues.

1st Issue, Leader just runs about 10yards and stops for a second, then another 10 yards, stop for a second, on and on.

2nd Issue, all 4 Diablo 3 windows will randomly freeze for about 5 to 10 secs, DEMONBUDDY also freezes during this stage.

All in all, while the system is using only a fraction of its resources, the diablo 3 client and DB are running much worse then the older system (win 7).

Attaching log files, hoping this is an issue someone has experience with or can help me resolve!

5516 2017-12-30 15,00.txt was ended right after that bot froze.

Rest of the log files are from the bot running as leader.

so the same setup was working on your old system?

Yes, could run the exact setup indefinitely on the old system.

I should note, all 4 bots will freeze along with DB.. but it doesn't happen at the same time (though I guess odds would allow it to). All i've personally witnessed was 1 of the 4 bots and DB freeze, then another one, and so on.

Things I've tried...

Run in Win 7 Compatibility.
Run everything as Administrator.
Remove just about all startup programs.
Lower and Increase D3 video settings. (running them at 150fps fore and back ground.
Set D3 and DB to very high priority in task manager.

NVidia Shadowplay, Geforce Experience. I have disabled them both, including their required services through services.msc

Would having had them installed possibly cause the issues? Also, I had these same two files on my old system as well and they were not completely disabled.
