new startup error

So not sure what is causing this, I've been running HB for about a week now at home and at my girlfriends when I'm there. I tried to boot it up today and received an error. Reinstalled it and still getting the same error. What's weird is that it was working 2 days ago when I was over. I've attached a notepad document with the error. Any help would be appreciated.

I know the frameworks alright cause HB worked a few days ago. Last night I deleted everything and did a fresh reinstall and now it's working again so not sure what was going on there.
