Hey, you cross-posted so I missed this one.
1) The Wiki has been updated with the new QuestId attribute. Here's the documentation for it.
2) FlyTo will never come--its not a Profile Writer's problem to solve. This page explains why.
Might give the Wiki a look (button at the top of the page). The Profile Writer's section is almost complete, and should be full of useful information.
