New RB Key Maxsessions?

Long time HB user started playing FFXIV bought a Key yesterday. It was right before the provider issues when I put my key in it comes back max sessions and doesn't load. Any help? Thx


Re-downloaded and Started over must have had corruption in folder from the provider issue yesterday. Fixed not support needed.

Go to https://na.buddyauth.com/ and click your on sessions, and kill it or wait for the kill to timeout before attempting to try the application, I've ran into the problem before and it normally goes away by itself if you let it sit for a few minutes before trying as the application has to connect into the server to run.
