new purchased routines won't load / stream from store

Hi i recently purchased another routine from the buddystore. but i am having issues in regards to seeing it listed in the routine selection.
routine is Jadymonk mistweaver

any assistance appreciated.
I have cleared the logs a few times now, also re installed HB with no luck
