New problem on winxp machine with new bot version

I can run a fresh exe of the bot.. but once the bot stops for any reason I cant restart the bot up without deleting the folders and extracting again from the new patch zip..

heres the error message...

It's probably your configuration file being corrupted for some weird reason. Did you change it manually?
