Is your wow up to date? Only latest patch is supported as far as i know!

okay are you starting hb whne you are loaded in to the game not at the log in or character selection screen.

done both how would i be doing it? i am in windowed mode as well

windowed mode,
direct x9,
you MUST be in world before starting the bot.
the bot wont work on private servers.

Check your processes if you have 2 bots running only 1 bot can login per wow ID
