New Multicasting issue? Might be singular issue

So with the latest update, I have a new issue where Grindbot is spamming or multicasting nearly every spell so I'll get logs that look like this

[Singular] Casting Exorcism on MOB (note mob name changed to protect the innocent)
[Singular] Casting Crusader strike on MOB
[Singular] Casting Excorciscm on MOB
[Singular] Casting Excorciscm on MOB
[Singular] Casting Excorciscm on MOB
[Singular] Casting Excorciscm on MOB
[Singular] Casting Excorciscm on MOB
[Singular] Casting Excorciscm on MOB
[Singular] Casting Excorciscm on MOB
[Singular] Casting Excorciscm on MOB
[Singular] Casting Excorciscm on MOB
[Singular] Casting Excorciscm on MOB
[Singular] Casting Excorciscm on MOB
[Singular] Casting Excorciscm on MOB
[Singular] Casting Judgement on MOB
[Singular] Casting Judgement on MOB

Unfortunately I deleted my previous install so I can't go back and check, but I don't remember this happening, I would get a single log line for each action.

so i stopped and started the bot, and it doesn't seem to be doing it anymore - is it a performance issue or something maybe? It's running on a quad core i7 laptop, can't imagine it's really a problem.
