We provide support by examining log files. Please attach the full log that demonstrates the problem you are having. You might want to clean out the Honorbuddy/Logs/ directory first, then replicate the problem. Once you've the log file that represents the problem, please attach it here.

You might want to spend some time in the Guides forum. Of particular interest to you will be:

Two corrective actions:

• Delete the Honorbuddy/Settings/ directory
• Run the tool you find this thread with Windoze admin privileges:
  
  Problems with a new install of a Buddy product?​

After these two actions, you should be on your way.
