New key doesnt work

hi the new key i got in my e-mail *removed* isnt working can i get help as to why it isnt working

tried the code in my buddy auth and its not working either can i get some help none of my keys are working

email [email protected] with the key and explain your situation.

if you are sure your honorbuddy is updated and your using the correct key (from buddyauth) and your still having issues
then send an e-mail to [email protected] and include your key so they can check it for you.

what do you mean exactly?
you dont have to type the key on buddy auth portal
