New: Issues with Jade WD

Hello Im new so if you are kind enough to help me out do you mind giving detailed instructions . I used jade witch doctor before yesterdays patch and it worked wonders. Now without changing any of my settings it never casts my 2 ability (siphon soul). I was wondering what i need to do for it to work properly again
