New HB wont launch

Hb does not start, it just weighs in the processes at startup. Logs are not created.
The old version of .888 does not have this problem.
Tried to reinstall Microsoft Visual and Framework.
The problem is not at all my pc, on some everything is ok.

No, everything is off. Right now 888 version is launched, and 904 is not.
