New HB slowed down game... drastically

After updating HB to 5842 fps game drastically slowed from 50-80 fps into 5-10 fps. Monitor system shows me only 20-40% procesor usage, 1GB ram still free. But game freeze 2 times a second. WTF is going on?

Anyone noticed slowed game?
