new hb key purchase-wont attach

hey folks, i just purchased a one month key and am having trouble getting it to attach. my client runs the 64bit version and hb says to use the hb launcher but when i try it crashes. how can i change client settings to run in 32bit? thanks in advance!

It has nothing to do with the key or HB but simply with the fact that you did not read the installation instructions

World of Warcraft needs to run in 32Bit mode. You can change this in the wow client settings and launcher

all good! just found the setting in battle.net client to run in 32bit mode.....ikr....yeah...that happened...
