new hashkey

been waiting 3 days for a new hashkey bought on the 13/02/2017 what is the problem anybody else got this issue yes i opened a ticket and it says solved but it is not solved no key ticket number (#166378) i will wait until the end of today

some of the transactions requiring manual approvements,this has to do with the payment provider
