New diablo account on same battle.net account

Ok so i got banned on my main diablo account and i should have never botted it in the first place but my question is:

Can i add another new diablo account to the same battle.net account even though there is a banned one on it already?

The old one will be over written with the new one

Yes you can. Known bug is you will see the auction counts to be off. They'll have your old auction counts up plus whatever you have up new, so your completed tab may say 15 because your old accnt had 15 left in there when it was banned. Its a silly bug but a bit annoying. Better off making a new account.
