[New] Developers Forum + Cleanup

So, there needed to be one, so I made one.

If you're asking questions on how to write profiles, item rules, plugins, etc, please redirect your thread to that forum.

I've personally had enough of the trolls, flaming, and spam on our boards as of late. So I'll be doing some pretty hefty cleanup. If you find yourself muted on our forums, you should already know why. If your threads get closed or deleted, its likely because it's nothing but a flame thread, or full of trolls. (I'll try my best to just clean up "good" threads, but no guarantees)
