New DB user, "Demon buddy has stopped working"

Hi, there

So I'm sure there are pretty posts about this but I'll attach my log to this post but here it is. Just bought "Demon Buddy" today, and I received the key, as soon as I try to log in I get messaged with "Max Sessions", so I do some research and know you can kill your sessions via the website. But when I tried it again I just got "Demon buddy has stopped working" I recently d/l your .Net and C++ auto installer "Buddy Dependency Installer.zip" and did the windows update and restarted as said. but again all I get is this message. remove:
- microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
- microsoft .net framework 4 extended
- microsoft .net framework 4.5.1
- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable


restart your pc,
download the installationwizard from here
run it as administrator.
after the wizard is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart
